In addition to its extensive standard range of plastic pallets, foldable pallet boxes and containers, IPS also supplies products tailored to specific customer needs.

For example, upon request we can provide products with special properties or features that may be of particular importance in your sector (such as anti-static, conductive or ESD properties).

In addition, all products can be ordered with specific additional options such as anti-slip, RFID, special colouring or personalisation.

Anti-static, conductive & ESD pallets

Static electricity is unavoidable. Hundreds of instances of static discharge take place each day, affecting the packaging industry at every level of production. Unfortunately, more and more electronic components are susceptible to damage, even at very low voltage levels. Ongoing developments in miniaturisation and the increasing complexity of electronic circuits have sparked a trend of manufacturing packaging from approved conductive material. Our ESD pallets and HyBoxes offer effective protection when handling electronic components in assembly, storage and processing spaces.

IPS supplies three categories of products:

Anti-static:
Basic feature: resistance of around 1011 - 1014 ohms, specially developed to avoid the accumulation of electric charge. These products are available in different colours depending on the quantity required.

ESD:
Dissipative pallets ensuring controlled discharge with a resistance of around 106 - 1011 ohms. Only available in black.

Conductive:
Developed with a resistance of under 105 ohms, these pallets ensure immediate discharge. Only available in black. Due to the very high demand for this sort of pallet, IPS has the following items permanently in stock:

• Plastic Pool Pallet 1200 x 1000 Open Deck
• Plastic Hygiene Pallet 1200 x 800 – version 3

Fire-retardant

All IPS pallets react to fire in a particular way. If you are looking for pallets with specific fire characteristics, we will be happy to find the right solution for you.

Other types of pallet

Upon request, IPS also offers solutions for applications such as slave pallets in fully automated warehouses.
